Para reservar cualquiera de nuestros packs, debe comunicarse solo a través de nuestro correo electrónico; para cualquier consulta, se puede comunicar a través de nuestra línea directa.

POLÍTICA DE RESERVA Y CANCELACIÓN

En el caso de que su reserva sea igual o menor a 350,00€, el bono viaje cubre el 100% del coste; el hotel solicitará un pago inicial del 30% al reservar y se lo reembolsarán a su llegada al hotel.
Solo se bloquea temporalmente como garantía.
Si supera los 350,00€, solo pagará a su llegada la diferencia correspondiente a su reserva.
Ejemplo práctico:
Reserva: 435,00€.
30% de garantía: 130,50€ (reembolsable a su llegada al hotel).
Bono Viaje cubre: 350,00€.
Total a pagar: 85,00€ (a su llegada al hotel).

Todas las reservas del Bono Turístico solo se podrán modificar o cancelar de forma gratuita hasta 7 días antes de la fecha de reserva. Si no se presenta, el costo del 100% de la reserva lo asumirá el cliente y no el bono viaje.
