Varieties: 100% Tempranillo grapes from a single plot: La Farinera. The grapes come from very old vines, in goblet, organically grown and following the natural cycles of the plants. Harvest: Manual and with subsequent selection of the bunches at the entrance to the winery by the winemaker himself. Vinification: Vatting of the de-stemmed, uncrushed bunches of grapes in open French oak barrels. Total maceration with the skins with minimum intervention. Gentle pressing with vertical press. Ageing: 1 year in French-French oak barrels. Not cold stabilised, gently filtered before bottling. Volume: Alcohol 14% Vol Very limited production: 1330 bottles Contains sulphites

Varieties: 100% Monastrell, 70 years old. Sandy-gravelly soil. Traditional integrated, organic, sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture is practised. Vinification: Manual harvest in boxes. Destemmed in the winery and the uncrushed grapes are transferred to 225-litre open French oak barrels for fermentation, which is carried out without adding sulphites or yeasts. Maceration for 16 days. Ageing: 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels. It has not been filtered so precipitates may appear. Volume: Alcohol 14% Vol Contains sulphites
